Victoria Beckham was recovering from a reported slipped disc Saturday which has forced husband David Beckham to take on an added weight of parenting duties since the birth of the couple's fourth child, Harper Seven.
The Daily Mirror reported that the 37-year-old fashion designer and former pop star injured her back while pregnant and was unable to carry her newborn baby because of the pain.
Her condition was so fraught that David Beckham reportedly was forced to support his five-week-old daughter during breastfeeding.
But the ex-Spice Girl tweeted late Friday that she was on the mend.
"Thank u for your kind messages," she told her 1.76 million followers. "I'm feeling much better and enjoying every precious minute with baby Harper, I'm so in love."
