What's Dan Henderson's policy on having sex before fights?

"Business as usual," he says.

That's the kind of insight you get from this new UFC vlog series called UFC Embedded. The sixth episode goes behind the scenes of weigh-in day with UFC president Dana White, Daniel Cormier and Henderson before UFC 173 on Saturday.

We also see White training in boxing, Henderson getting a deep tissue massage (sometimes he "let's one go") and Matt Hughes and Chuck Liddell actually showing up at Zuffa headquarters for meetings

"They're putting in their one day this year," White said.
