UCLA beats UC Davis 74-67 for 2nd straight win

-- Malcolm Lee scored 15 points and UCLA defeated UC
Davis 74-67 Monday night to win its second in a row for the first time
in nearly a month.

Reeves Nelson added 13 points.
Tyler Honeycutt had 10 points and 12 rebounds, and Joshua Smith had 10
rebounds for the Bruins (5-4), who had gone without consecutive wins
since Nov. 15-16.

Honeycutt and Smith helped the
Bruins dominate the boards, 44-29, on a night when they struggled with
14 turnovers.

Freshman Josh Ritchart scored a
season-high 23 points and Joe Harden added 16 for the Aggies (4-6). They
fell to 0-2 against Pac-10 teams this season, having lost to California
by 12 last week. Mark Payne had 14 points, seven rebounds and six
assists.
