GREEN BAY, Wis. -- Well, we know there are at least two Green Bay Packers players who rank among the NFL's top 100.

In the NFL's annual countdown of the best 100 players, running back Eddie Lacy and wide receiver Jordy Nelson have made the list.

Lacy, the Offensive Rookie of the Year, was named No. 90 after a season in which he recorded 1,178 rushing yards and 11 touchdowns. He placed one spot ahead of Chicago Bears running back Matt Forte, who came in at No. 91.

Nelson was placed at No. 83 on the list. He had a career-high 1,314 receiving yards last season along with eight touchdowns. Nelson is the only wide receiver named so far, though there are still 80 more players who will end up ranking ahead of him.

Last year, only two Packers made the Top 100: quarterback Aaron Rodgers (No. 6) and outside linebacker Clay Matthews (No. 31). With both Rodgers and Matthews assured to remain in the Top 100, Green Bay will have at least four players make it this year.
