Twitter Reacts To Kurt Busch's Move To Stewart-Haas Racing
Tuesday's press conference at Stewart-Haas Racing to introduce Kurt Busch as the team's newest addition came as no surprise, as FOX Sports' Lee Spencer broke the story Monday afternoon.
However, Tuesday's formal announcement did shed some light on the decision-making process to add "The Outlaw" to an organization that already featured a cast of colorful characters.
Following the announcement, Danica Patrick and Kevin Harvick took to the Twitterverse to welcome their new teammate.
Pretty cool stuff going on @StewartHaasRcng! Should be alot of fun next year with the addition of @KevinHarvick and @KurtBusch!

Here's my take on @KurtBusch. I have seen what he brings to the table and enjoyed working with him this year!! 100% supporter! #letswin

When asked by a fan, Harvick made it clear there was no love lost for Kurt's brother Kyle in this since-deleted tweet.
In case you need reminding, Kevin and Kyle haven't always seen eye-to-eye.
Harvick's original tweet caused quite the stir among a few fellow competitors.

Not to be outdone, Harvick was quick to remind Clint Bowyer of his comments about Michael Waltrip before joining his team.

Poor Michael was just an innocent bystander.
Why we gotta drag me into this!?... “@KevinHarvick: .@ClintBowyer this coming from the guy who called his boss @mw55 worst driver in NASCAR

FOX Sports 1's Danielle Trotta was on the scene at SHR for Wednesday's NASCAR Race Hub at 12p ET.
Former NASCAR driver Andy Lally pointed out reputation may not tell the whole story when it comes to Busch.
On a roll, Bowyer noted Gene Haas was close to being the No. 1 trending topic on Twitter. Maybe next time, Gene.
Damn Gene!!! Almost had em today... pic.twitter.com/QYG3AIczjD

Hopefully Kurt and the SHR crew guys will get along better than they did at Darlington in last year at Darlington.
