Brian Dozier answered Mookie Betts' leadoff home run with a homer of his own in the first inning, but the Minnesota Twins' offense went quiet the rest of the way in a 6-1 loss to the Boston Red Sox.

Dozier had two of the Twins' three hits in the loss. Designated hitter Logan Morrison provided the third.

Kyle Gibson got his final start of the spring for the Twins and struggled early, allowing seven hits, three earned runs and two walks in 2 2/3 innings.

Fernando Rodney struggled as well, walking two and allowing a pair of home runs in the fourth.
