Orlando Magic forward Hedo Turkoglu, who had surgery to repair cheekbone fractures two weeks ago, is doubtful to return for the playoffs.

"I think it's going to be very tough," coach Stan Van Gundy told the Orlando Sentinel.

Turkoglu was expected to miss at least three weeks but Vandy said he was told by trainer Keon Weise that the injury usually needs six to eight weeks of recovery time.

Turkoglu was accidentally elbowed in the face by the New York Knicks' Carmelo Anthony on April 5. He had surgery on April 7.
