TUF Talk Episode 8: Eddie Gordon and Mike King join the podcast
On this week's episode of TUF Talk, Team Edgar fighter Eddie Gordon and Team Penn's Mike King discuss the latest happenings from The Ultimate Fighter including their fight and much, much more.
Gordon came away victorious to move onto the next round but outside of the fight he'll discuss his entry into the sport of MMA thanks to his old high school friend Chris Weidman. Gordon now trains with Weidman on a daily basis and says that the UFC middleweight champion has not only been a great influence on his career, but a real inspiration for the goals he wants to achieve.
Also on the podcast, Mike King talks about the eye poke in his fight with Eddie Gordon and how much that affected him for the rest of the bout. King reveals that following the fight he lost his eyesight for four days so obviously it was a pretty scary injury.
On top of that, King will talk about the tension he had in the house with some of the other fighters plus he reveals why he dresses up as a woman for Halloween every year.
