Trout second in early All-Star voting for AL outfielders; Pujols fifth at 1B

Reigning American League Most Valuable Player Mike Trout is currently in second place in early All-Star voting for American League outfielders.
Trout has 1,297,085 votes, second only to Lorenzo Cain of Kansas City (1,376,217). The early AL tallies were released on Tuesday.
Angels slugger Albert Pujols is in fifth place for the first base spot with 217,576 votes. Miguel Cabrera (Tigers), Eric Hosmer (Royals), Mark Teixeria (Yankees) and Jose Abreu (White Sox) are in front of Pujols in the voting.
