Travis Browne teaches his famed anti-wrestling defense
Travis Browne has plenty of ways to make his opponent's have a very bad day including a Superman punch that took off Stefan Struve's head and a front kick that made Alistair Overeem crumble like a chocolate chip cookie.
But the big Hawaiian's favorite move lately has been to unload a series of rapid fire elbows that make Paul Herrera have flashbacks of Gary Goodridge all over again.
He stopped Josh Barnett with the move and left Gabriel Gonzaga in a heap on the mat with the same elbows. Now Browne (via Pouya Rebek) shows the secret sauce in his masterpiece knockout technique.
In this special instructional video, 'Hapa' takes you through the steps to use his brutal elbow attacks to render an opponent unconscious in a matter of seconds. Watch closely becuase Browne moves fast, but not as quickly as his elbows will land and leave you on the floor wondering if fighting was really the right career choice.
