Top prospects among Braves' 27 non-roster spring training invitees

The expected next chapter of Braves stars will be on display at spring training, with Thursday's announcement that of 27 non-roster invitees including some of their top prospects.
The Nos. 1-4 players in Atlanta's farm system per MLB.com -- shortstop Dansby Swanson, left-handed pitcher Sean Newcomb, infielder Ozzie Albies and right-hander Aaron Blair -- will all be in Orlando, along with righties Lucas Sims (10th) and Chris Ellis (11th), third baseman Rio Ruiz (12th) and outfielder Braxton Davidson (13th).
They'll be joined by pitchers David Carpenter, Hunter Cervenka, Jhoulys Chacin, David Holmberg, Ryan Kelly, Kyle Kendrick, Alexi Ogando, Alex Torres, Chris Volstad and Madison Younginer; catchers Willians Astudillo, Matt Kennelly, Ryan Lavarnway, Joe Odom and Braeden Schlehuber; infielders Reid Brignac, Chase d'Arnaud and Nate Freiman and outfielder Matt Tuiasosopo.
Atlanta's pitchers and catchers report to the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex in Lake Buena Vista, Fla., on Friday, Feb. 19, while position players arrive Wednesday, Feb. 24. The first full-squad workout will be held on Thursday, Feb. 25.
