Tiumen has won the Velka Pardubicka steeplechase horse race for the second straight year with 57-year-old jockey-trainer Josef Vana again on board.
The 4.3-mile race is considered one of the toughest in Europe, and Vana has now won it seven times as a jockey and eight times as a trainer.
The 9-year-old Tiumen was followed by Amant Gris and Sixteen on Sunday.
Twelve of 19 horses finished the 120th edition of the race in front of about 30,000 spectators.
