Kendrick Perkins has had a resurgence of sorts this season.
The Thunder center had a good game on Sunday in the Thunder's second win of the season. So good, in fact, he received a standing ovation in the first quarter after a sequence where he scored twice, got three rebounds and a block.
How good was it? Perkins said he heard some MVP chants.

"It felt good. I thought I heard a couple MVP chants," Perkins told Royce Young of The Daily Thunder. "Just in my head."
