If you didn't think the Thunder draft night was quite strange enough, Oklahoma City wrapped up the evening by working a trade with the Hornets for Semaj Christon.

According to a number of sources,  including The Boston Globe, the Thunder acquired Christon, who played the past two seasons at Xavier.

Terms of the trade were not disclosed. Christon was the No. 25 pick of the second round. He's 6-foot-3, 186 pounds.

The Thunder also got Mitch McGary of Michigan with the 21st pick and also Josh Huestis with the No. 29 selection. Oklahoma City did not have a second-round pick.

The trade makes sense for the Thunder as they are likely in need of someone at the shooting guard spot. In addition to Derek Fisher leaving, it's widely expected Thabo Sefolosha will not re-sign with the Thunder.
