The Atlanta Thrashers announced today the entire 82-game schedule for the 2010-11 NHL regular season. The Thrashers open their 11th season on Friday, Oct. 8 at Philips Arena against the Washington Capitals at 7:30 p.m.
The 41-game regular-season home schedule is highlighted by 25 weekend home games, including 13 Friday contests, five Saturday games and seven Sunday games. The home schedule features match-ups against several exciting opponents, including the 2010 Stanley Cup Champion Chicago Blackhawks on Nov. 6 at 7 p.m.
