PHOENIX -- Phoenix Suns fans are encouraged to tune in to FOX Sports Arizona on Thursday, Oct. 24 from 6 to 6:30 p.m. for the premiere of “Ignite the Future: Phoenix Suns 2013-14 Tip-Off Special.”
Suns broadcaster Tom Leander visits highly regarded newcomer Eric Bledsoe in his hometown of Birmingham, Ala., offering fans a unique look at the childhood and background of the dynamic Suns guard. The half-hour special also features Goran Dragic’s busy off-season in his native Slovenia, highlighting his life as a national celebrity and the pressure to perform well in this summer’s European Championships, hosted by his home country.
In addition, Leander chats with Channing Frye about his triumphant return to the court this season and takes fans behind-the-scenes at this year’s NBA draft in New York as well as the team’s training camp in Flagstaff under first-year head coach Jeff Hornacek.
In addition to Thursday’s show, FOX Sports Arizona will re-air the Suns tip-off special on the following days:

The Phoenix Suns will open the season by hosting the Portland Trail Blazers at 7 p.m. on Oct. 30 at U.S. Airways Center. Tip-off is set for 7 p.m. Tickets are available at Suns.com. All 82 games will be televised by FOX Sports Arizona.
