Sunday Rules wins feature at Santa Anita by 2 1/2 lengths

ARCADIA, Calif. (AP) Sunday Rules won the $81,900 feature by 2 1/2 lengths Thursday at Santa Anita to remain perfect in four career starts.

Ridden by Tyler Baze, Sunday Rules ran 6 1/2 furlongs in 1:15.24 and paid $2.80, $2.40 and $2.10 as the odds-on favorite. It was her first race since June 26.

Wasted At Midnight returned $4 and $2.40, while 5-2 second choice Scherzinger was another 6 3/4 lengths back in third and paid $2.10 to show.

The victory, worth $49,140, increased Sunday Rules' career earnings to $224,880.
