In what will go down as one of the best days in the history of the University of South Carolina's football program, the Gamecocks defeated the Alabama Crimson Tide 35-21, knocking off a No. 1-ranked team for the first time in school history. South Carolina improves to 4-1 (2-1 SEC) and Alabama falls to 5-1 (2-1 SEC).
