The greatest player in San Antonio Spurs history will be honored next month.
The team announced on Wednesday they will retire Tim Duncan's No. 21 jersey on Dec. 18.
Duncan's jersey joins fellow franchise legends Sean Elliott, David Robinson, Bruce Bowen, George Gervin, Avery Johnson, and Johnny Moore.
The future Hall of Famer was a two-time league MVP, 15-time All-Star, three-time NBA Finals MVP, and helped lead the Spurs to five NBA championships.

The ceremony will be seen on FOX Sports Southwest and FOX Sports Go following the Spurs' game against the New Orleans Pelicans.
