From the Smashing Pumpkins to the squared circle.
That's the move for frontman Billy Corgan, who taking on a big role in the professional wrestling business.
Corgan has been named senior producer of creative and talent development for TNA Wrestling, which airs its signature show, "Impact Wrestling" each Friday night on Destination America.
The singer/guitarist released this statement about his new gig:
This is not a side project, either, for Corgan.
The Buzzer would like to request that Corgan create an ice cream man character.
And to counter a press report I've already seen, my participation with @IMPACTWRESTLING will be a full-time endeavor.
