Small gestures: Reds promotion used for further good deeds?

Perhaps it's the spirit of charity following Thursday's limited-interruption game for the Reds Community Fund, but we're noticing at least one coordinated effort to reach out in the city of Cincinnati.
The backstory - when Reds pitchers strike out 11 opponents in a single game, a local pizza chain offers free pizza to anybody with a game ticket from that day. The offer is good for the following day, and has been wildly popular in the Queen City.
Today, fans of the Reds have Tweeted an idea to use this promotion and do further good in the city.

Here's hoping that when the Reds return to Cincinnati on July 1, this idea takes flight and the spirit of giving widens. LaRosa's Pizza has given away thousands of pizzas so far in 2013, and the recipients of the next set may be the most grateful to date.
By the way, "Cat Latos" is the Twitter handle of an actual feline belonging to Reds starting pitcher Mat Latos. That alone is worthy of a smile.
