Sights and Sounds: Phoenix International Raceway

It's the second race of 2014 and if it's anything like Daytona then there's bound to be some drama in the desert.

10:00 a.m. ET -- The NASCAR Sprint Cup Series garage is open for business.

11:00 a.m. ET -- Time for sponsor appearances, mingling with fans and more for drivers.

1:00 p.m. ET -- The driver / crew chief meeting is crowded as usual. Racing legend, AJ Foyt joins the crowd today. 

2:30 p.m. ET -- Fans hang out on the track and wait for driver introductions to begin in Phoenix while crew members push the cars out to pit road.

It's also time for pit crews to change in to their firesuits, head out to pit road to setup and stretch or practice at the pit box.

Drivers are out on the grid next to their cars getting ready for the National Anthem and those famous words!
