ARCADIA, Calif. (AP) Sayes So led all the way to win the $55,000 feature by a half-length Friday at Santa Anita.
Ridden by Alex Solis, Sayes So ran 6 1/2 furlongs on the downhill turf course in 1:12.63 and paid $7.20, $3.80 and $2.60.
Ramona's Wildcat returned $3.40 and $2.20, while Doodetta was another 1 1/2 lengths back in third and paid $2.60 to show.
The victory, worth $33,000, increased Sayes So's career earnings to $128,400, with three wins in eight starts for trainer Richard Mandella.
