Saint Louis rips Massachusetts

ST. LOUIS (AP) -- Mike McCall had 17 points and six assists Wednesday night to lead Saint Louis to a 69-53 victory over Massachusetts.
Kyle Cassity had 11 points and Rob Loe and Cody Ellis scored 10 apiece for the Billikens (8-13, 3-5 Atlantic 10). Saint Louis made 10 of its 32 3-point attempts, nearly matching its overall shooting performance of 34 percent. Cassity and Ellis had three 3-pointers apiece while Loe and McCall each connected twice from behind the arc.
Saint Louis trailed only when Gurley scored the first points of the game. The Billikens led 29-19 at halftime and by double figures for the last 16 minutes of the game.
Anthony Gurley led all scorers with 19 points for the Minutemen (13-8, 5-3). Terrell Vinson added 12 points. Massachusetts' Freddie Riley was ejected with 1:24 remaining for a flagrant foul.
