CLEVELAND (AP) -- Browns rookie Darius Eubanks is making his first career start at inside linebacker against Jacksonville.

Eubanks is in the lineup because Craig Robertson (knee) and Tank Carder (shoulder) are both sidelined with injuries Sunday. Eubanks came in last week after Carder was hurt in the first half against Pittsburgh.

With Browns quarterback Jason Campbell out with a concussion, Brandon Weeden is back behind center. Campbell was injured on a hit by Steelers cornerback William Gay, who was fined $15,750 for the blow to Campbell's head. Campbell was ruled out Friday.

Weeden is 0-4 as a starter and has twice been benched.

The Jaguars have no significant inactives and no lineup changes as they try to win their third straight road game.
