Rocko's Wheel wins feature at Los Alamitos

LOS ALAMITOS, Calif. (AP) Rocko's Wheel won the $59,222 feature by 1 1/2 lengths in his return to dirt Friday at Los Alamitos.

Ridden by Joe Talamo, Rocko's Wheel ran a mile in 1:35.48 and paid $3.20, $2.40 and $2.20 as the 3-5 choice, the first time in his career that the 3-year-old colt has been the favorite.

Downtown C.T. returned $5 and $3.40 at 16-1, while Better Bet was another three-quarters of a length back in third and paid $5.40 to show.

The victory, worth $35,880, increased Rocko's Wheel's career earnings to $118,030.
