Rockets fire person behind cruel tweet after beating Mavs
Not thinking before posting something on social media has cost many people their reputation and jobs.
And here's another case.
Shortly after the Houston Rockets eliminated the Dallas Mavericks from the playoffs with a series-clinching Game 5 win on Tuesday, the Rockets' official Twitter account had some harsh words for their in-state rival.
After the tweet was deleted, the Rockets apologized and they've now fired the person responsible.
Sometimes you can go too far. I will no longer run @HoustonRockets but am grateful to the organization that let me develop an online voice.
