RG3 didn't have his best first half against the Packers
By Ross Jones, FOXSports.com Is it time to officially press the panic button on Robert Griffin III? The Redskins quarterback hasn’t generated a score against the Green Bay Packers through one half of action and people are starting to wonder if a sophomore slump could be looming. Although the rainy conditions at Lambeau Field are not ideal for a player just eight months removed from reconstructive knee surgery, Griffin has looked timid and inconsistent in setting his feet and following through on his throws. It should be noted that Griffin got off to a rocky start against Philadelphia in the season debut, but seemed to warm up in the second half. The Redskins have five first downs in as many series and Griffin completed just 6 of 13 passes for 107 yards and an interception in the first half. UPDATE: The Packers won 38-20 and Griffin padded his stats in the fourth quarter with garbage time. Griffin finished the game completing 26 of 40 passes for 320 yards and 3 touchdowns with an interception. Questions? Comments?
