Bills coach Rex Ryan is willing to whatever it takes to get his Bills to the top of the AFC East, including getting fat.

In a chat with the New York Post on Monday, Ryan revealed that he had his Lap Band removed, causing him to gain around 30 pounds back. He initially had it put in to help him slim down, but to show support for his brother, whose band nearly killed him, Rex had it removed.

A side effect of Hefty Rex returning? More wins, as he joked on Tuesday.

This is why so many players want to play for Rex, this type of dedication right here. Good to see Rex’s belly back.
