Houston Texans running back Arian Foster will make his big-screen acting debut alongside Sean Combs and Kevin Costner in a movie called "Draft Day," according to entertainment Web site TheWrap.com.

Foster, whose acting career is highlighted by an NFL.com commercial that aired frequently last season, joins a handful of other NFL players (Demario Davis, James Brewer, Ramses Barden, Zoltan Mesko and Stephen Hill), as well as on Gruden, Mike Mayock, Deion Sanders, Rich Eisen, Mel Kiper and Chris Berman in a movie about the Cleveland Browns, whose general manager is played by Costner.

The cast also includes Jennifer Garner and Denis Leary.

Production is scheduled to begin Thursday. The plot reportedly centers around Costner's character who is trying to save football in Cleveland by trading for the No. 1 pick, and then there is the requisite infusion of his professional and personal life. Foster's specific role in the film is unclear, though Eisen Tweeted that Foster would be depicting a running back.
