Are the Spurs looking to pair Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde on the court at the same time next season?

According to a report in the San Antonio Express-News, they just might.

The paper, citing a source in the Spurs organization, reported that the team will look at all options this summer, including unrestricted free agent Kevin Garnett.

While it's a long shot to happen (Tim Duncan, himself, is an unrestricted free agent and must be re-signed by San Antonio), it would make for a very interesting pairing on the court.

Garnett and Duncan are similar in size and age, not to mention they play the same position. But personality-wise, the two couldn't be bigger polar opposites.

As Harvey puts it, people in San Antonio refer to Garnett as "Duncan's evil twin."

But adding a player of championship caliber such as Garnett to the Spurs roster would do one thing for sure: Help them remain contenders in the Western Conference.
