The Longhorns' list of potential replacements for Mack Brown continues to grow with UCLA head coach Jim Mora being the most recent addition.
According ESPN's Adam Schefter, Texas is "very interested" in Mora, and representatives for the two parties had conversations on Thursday.
The news of Texas' interest in Mora comes just two days after new athletic director Steve Patterson reportedly interviewed Louisville head coach Charlie Strong.
Patterson also reportedly has interviewed Vanderbilt's James Franklin and would like to talk with Michigan State head coach Mark Dantonio who is coming off a Rose Bowl win with his Spartans.
Mora has spent two seasons with the Bruins compiling a 19-8 record, including an appearance in the Pac-12 Championship Game in his first season. He is currently under contract at UCLA through the 2019 season.
