FORT WORTH, Texas (AP) -- Tailback Aaron Green is transferring to TCU, where he will have to sit out the upcoming season after playing last year as a freshman at Nebraska.
TCU announced the addition of Green on Wednesday, just more than a month after Cornhuskers coach Bo Pelini gave the running back from San Antonio permission to transfer.
Green will have three seasons of eligibility with the Horned Frogs, beginning in 2013.
In 12 games for the Cornhuskers last season, Green ran for 105 yards and two touchdowns.
