There were many fans who doubted if Cliff Lee was worth all the prospects the Rangers had to give up for a guy that would only be here for a few months. Well, in Game 5 of the ALDS against Tampa Bay, all that doubt was erased.
Tampa Bay were the favorites, Lee pitched a game for the ages as he went nine innings, gave up six hits, one run and struck out 11. He threw first pitch strikes to 22 of the 33 batters faced.
For a franchise that had never won a playoff series, this deciding game was extra special. It was also a nice
