The Texas Rangers have three finalists for American League Gold Glove honors, including third baseman and three-time winner Adrian Beltre.

Beltre won the Gold Glove last season and is up against Oakland's Brandon Inge and Kansas City's Mike Moustakas for the award this year. The winners will be announced Tuesday night.

Elvis Andrus is competing against Minnesota's J.J. Hardy and Seattle's Brendan Ryan at shortstop while David Murphy is a finalist along with Tampa Bay’s Desmond Jennings and Kansas City’s Alex Gordon.

Beltre ranked first in the AL with a .974 fielding percentage at third base, which was the second-best mark of his career. The eight errors made by him were the fewest of his career and he didn’t make an error after Aug. 26.

Andrus, who has never won a Gold Glove, cut his error total from 25 in 2011 to 16 this season, He had a 54-game errorless streak, which is the best ever for an everyday shortstop for the Rangers.

Murphy made just one error, that coming April 7, and also had four assists.
