Talk about a VIP experience.

On Monday, Dodgers star Yasiel Puig treated 50 players (ages 9-12) of the Northeast Los Angeles Little League team to batting practice, instructions on proper hitting, and a tour of the team's clubhouse and locker room.

It's the same group of kids that Puig surprised last month when the rookie sensation visited the team's practice at Elysian Park.

One of the kids mentioned to Puig that he had never been the Dodger Stadium.

"I told one of them that I would bring them to Dodger Stadium to
practice on the field," Puig told MLB.com. "I'm happy to be able to spend this
time with them and see how much they enjoy being here. This is what
makes me feel good."

"I played Little League when I was 9," he said.  "Went through the system, and now
I'm grateful that I'm able to do this for these kids. Maybe
they'll be able to support me when I get old."

Puig finished runner-up in the National League Rookie of the Year voting after batting .319 with 19 home runs and 42 RBI.
