Florida State quarterback Christian Ponder began throwing Wednesday for the first time since he had surgery to remove scar tissue from his right elbow on Dec. 10.
Ponder tossed around a Nerf ball Wednesday and then a regular football Thursday.
"It feels perfect," Ponder said of his elbow, which has caused him problems for much of the season.
Ponder did not participate in FSU
