When 7-5 Florida squares off against 7-5 Penn State in the 25th Outback Bowl on New Year's Day in Tampa, Fla. there will be NFL scouts on hand to evaluate the Gators' and Nittany Lions' draft prospects. While these Florida and Penn State don't have the quality and quantity of NFL-caliber players on their rosters, there are some in Saturday's game with the Gators holding the advantage.
