Phils, Reds minor leaguers suspended for positive tests

NEW YORK (AP) Right-handers Isaac Moncion of Cincinnati and Juan Torres of Philadelphia have been suspended for 72 games each following positive tests under baseball's minor league drug program.
Both players, who are on Dominican Summer League rosters, tested positive for Stanozolol, the commissioner's office said Tuesday.
Moncion, 19, is 0-3 with a 6.11 ERA in 14 games over three seasons. Torres, 22, is 4-3 with a 3.30 ERA in 46 games over four seasons.
There have been 57 suspensions this year under the minor league drug program.
