PORTLAND, Ore. - Amy Patton scored 27 points but had little help from her teammates as Northern Arizona suffered a 76-55 loss to Portland State on Saturday in Big Sky Conference women's basketball.
NAU (9-17, 4-9 Big Sky) fell behind 14-2 to open the game and trailed by double digits for the entire second half.
Patton scored 27 points in 29 minutes for her second-highest scoring output of the season and 10th 20-point game.
Portland State (15-10, 8-4 Big Sky) was led by Courtney Van Brocklin's 18 points.
The Lumberjacks return home for their final two home games of the regular season, hosting Sacramento State on Feb. 24 and Northern Colorado on Feb. 26.
