One more game? Cuban says TCU, Oregon were open to idea

Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban believes college football would have faced a sticky situation if Auburn hadn't kicked its winning field goal in the BCS Championship Game on Monday night.
But Cuban had a solution if Oregon had won the game and made a mess of things.
On a blog post on blogmaverick.com Tuesday, Cuban wrote that he and his staff had asked Auburn and Oregon if the winner would be willing to face unbeaten TCU after the Tigers and Ducks faced off in the BCS title game.
"A week before Auburn vs Oregon came down to the final play we made the inquiries," Cuban wrote. "Could TCU play the winner of Auburn vs Oregon? TCU had only played 13 games. Oregon would only have played 13 games. Auburn, 14 games. If Oregon won, would it be possible to play TCU as their 14th game?"
The answer from the schools might surprise you, according to Cuban.
