Oklahoma State guard Stevie Clark has been dismissed from the program in the wake of his third disciplinary issue this season, Cowboys coach Travis Ford announced on Monday.
"We care about Stevie and wish nothing for the best for him. We want him to find success in his future, wherever that may be," Ford said in a release.
Clark was arrested just before 1 a.m. on Sunday morning in Stillwater and charged with a complaint of "outraging public decency." The Tulsa World and The Oklahoman reported that police spotted Clark urinating out of a vehicle driven by another person.
Clark, a 5-foot-11 freshman Oklahoma City, Okla., native, was one of just seven remaining Cowboys who averaged more than seven minutes a game. He averaged 5.3 points and 2.7 assists and averaged 16 minutes this season.
Clark was suspended and sent home from Florida during the team's three-game trip to the Old Spice Classic in late November and was arrested on Jan. 1 in Edmond, Okla., for possession of marijuana during a traffic stop. He was suspended one game for the marijuana arrest.
Oklahoma State hosts Iowa State tonight at 8 p.m.
