For players, the All-Star Game is a reward for a first half well done. But what happens when someone attends but doesn't play in the event?

Tampa Bay Rays left-hander David Price learned the experience includes lots of fun at Mall of America.

Price was a central figure in Intern Todd's excursions this week at the All-Star Game in Minneapolis, which were captured in a segment that aired Thursday on the "Late Show With David Letterman." Price elected not to pitch Tuesday at Target Field because he started Sunday in the Rays' victory over the Toronto Blue Jays.

No worries, though. From shooting hoops to cruising on a roller coaster, Price found plenty of ways to pass the time.
