With Mick Tingelhoff and Jerome Bettis being part of the Class of 2015, this year's Hall of Fame game matchup will have the Vikings facing the Steelers. The game will take place on Aug. 9 at 8 p.m. at Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium.
This is Minnesota's first trip to Canton since 1997, when it beat Seattle 28-26. Minnesota is 2-1 in Hall of Fame games. The Steelers are making their sixth appearance and first since 2007 when they beat New Orleans 20-7. That also marked the debut for Pittsburgh head coach Mike Tomlin.
Tingelhoff and Bettis will be inducted on Aug. 8 along with Tim Brown, Charles Haley, Bill Polian, the late Junior Seau, Will Shields and Ron Wolf.
