Former Detroit Lion Ndamukong Suh has put his 1.26-acre home in Birmingham, Mich., on the market with a listed price of $3.45 million.
It can be yours for a mere down payment of $690,000 and monthly payments of $14,816.
The five-bedroom mansion, which the football star bought in 2012, features an "exceptional 3,000 square foot resort-like lower level (that) rivals the best hotel bars with kitchen, indoor sport court, full size work-out room, massage room and recreational area," according to Hall & Hunter Realtors.
Suh, the No 2 pick overall in 2010, played his first five years in the NFL with the Lions before signing a six-year, $114-million free-agent deal this offseason with the Miami Dolphins.
