Miami's LeBron James and Indiana's David West and Lance Stephenson were fined $5,000 each for violating the league's anti-flopping rules during Game 4 of the Eastern Conference finals.
James and West had a memorable dual flop, while Stephenson's flop came on a phantom elbow from Ray Allen.
Asked about the fine prior to Thursday's Game 5, LeBron responded, "It is what it is.''
When asked if he earned it, he said, “Did I earn it? Man, quit. Next question."
Heat coach Erik Spoelstra wouldn't be drawn in to a discussion on the officiating, either.
"We accept it," Spoelstra said. "We don't want the focus of this series to be on the officiating, we want it to be on the competition."
Flops had actually became a big topic of conversation before Game 4, with the Pacers accusing the Heat of excessive flopping.
"Some guys have been doing it for years, just trying to get an advantage," said James on Monday when asked if he still saw players flopping in spite of the NBA's efforts to curb the practice.
"It's year one. It still happens. Definitely been less than years previous."
Next offense for flopping for any of the three will draw a $10,000 fine.
