FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. -- After three road games in the last two weeks, the Northern Arizona women's basketball returns home Thursday to host Montana at 7 p.m. in the Walkup Skydome.

The Lumberjacks aim to snap their three-game losing streak this season and a four-game skid to the Grizzlies over the last two seasons.

Thursday's game will air live on FOX Sports Arizona Plus.

The last time the Lumberjacks (6-10, 2-3 Big Sky) were at home, they earned a pair of conference wins over Sacramento State and Portland State to open conference play. NAU is 6-3 at home this season.

Senior Erikka Banks averaged 18.5 points per game last week and shot 80 percent from the field to increase her team-high scoring average to 14.4 points per game. Banks is third in the conference with 9.7 rebounds per game.

Sophomore Brittani Lusain posted a season-high 21 points against Idaho State and is now averaging 10.1 points per game along with 4.5 assists per game. NAU remains one of the best defensive squads in the Big Sky ranking in the top five in scoring defense, field goal defense and 3-point defense.

The Grizzlies are a half-game out of first place in the Big Sky with a 4-1 conference mark and are 11-5 overall after handing Montana State a 62-48 victory Saturday.

Montana is one of three teams in the conference with one Big Sky loss through the first three weeks of conference play.

NAU remains at home on Saturday to play Montana State (7-9, 1-4 Big Sky). That game can be seen on FOX Sports Arizona, with tipoff scheduled for 6:30 p.m.
