Nate Thompson #44:
Nate Thompson may be new to the Ducks this season, but he is a seasoned veteran in the NHL. Since acquiring Thompson and his talent from Tampa Bay over the summer, the star center has played in 32 games this season with 3 goals and 4 assists thus far and is becoming quite popular amongst his teammates and Ducks' fans.
As one of the newest fan favorites, Nate has a few favorites of his own. He told Ducks Off the Ice that some of these favorites include the TV show Sons of Anarchy, eating Italian food, listening to Pearl Jam, and fly-fishing. Every summer, the Alaskan native returns home for a few fly-fishing trips with his family. When he isn't on the ice or fishing in the Northwest, Thompson spends his time at his current residence in Newport Beach with his wife and two dogs, Guinness and Diesel.
