MSU's Mallett tabbed Valley tournament Most Outstanding Player

ST. LOUIS - The 2011 State Farm MVC All-tournament
team includes Jake Odum and Aaron Carter of Indiana State and Kyle
Weems, Adam Leonard and Jermaine Mallett of Missouri State. Mallett is
the tourney's Most Outstanding Player, marking just the third time in
tourney history the MOP has not been on the winning team (joining
Osiris Eldridge of Illinois State in 2009 and Cam Johnson of UNI in
1994).

Mallett led all tournament scorers with 43 total points and he was
tops in rebounding, too, with 28 total boards in MSU's three contests.
