Michigan State has indefinitely suspended running back Delton Williams from all team-related matters.
The announcement comes after reports surfaced that Williams was arrested late Monday night. A report on isportsweb.com said Williams was taken into custody for "displaying a firearm during a road-rage incident," citing an anyonymous East Lansing police source.
Williams rushed for 316 yards and five touchdowns as a sophomore last season. He is one of several players expected to compete for the starting job in 2015.
